Parallel Lines is an expanding line marking and surface preparation company based in the West Midlands. No two days are the same; you could be working at an airport one day, and marking a car park the next day. As the company grows we are looking to employ people who want to grow with us and who have ambition to develop their role.

We take training and development seriously, both for the individual and the company as a whole. We periodically take everyone off site for team building and development, and we want our staff to be involved in the business decisions and the direction of the company.

Phill

I’ve worked for Parallel Lines for over 7 years now. I came to the company with no experience of line marking and have worked my way up to become Operations Manager.

I take pride in the work we do, always providing a professional finish, and love researching new products and technology that can be used in the line marking industry.

Dominic

I first started working at Parallel Lines as an apprentice when it was a grounds maintenance business. I’ve been with the company for over 8 years and have seen it evolve to the business it is today.

I enjoy the work, the fact that my opinion is valued and I am trusted to do my job and represent the company. I can see myself having a long career with Parallel Lines and I am excited to see where the future will take us.

Luke

I joined Parallel Lines in November 2019. In that time I have learnt so much and the training has been great. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, and we can all have a laugh together. It makes it much easier to work with people all day you get on with!

I like working for a company who values their staff and makes you feel like you’re part of a family. We’ve had some early starts and some late finishes but it’s so satisfying once you see the job is done.

Will

I started working for Parallel Lines in November 2019. It’s been great so far to learn about the industry and experience how varied the jobs are that we do.

I’ve done a lot of learning on the job and have been able to get stuck in with the training. We’ve had a few nights we’ve had to stay away and that’s really helped to get to know the team better, and we are always well looked after by the company.

If you don’t mind a range of indoor and outdoor work Parallel Lines is a great place to work.
