Nine year anniversary blog

It is hard to believe this July marks our nine year anniversary for Parallel Lines.

It’s incredible that we made it to nine years. And I have many to thank, as we wouldn’t be here without the support and business from our clients. So, thank you.

Running a business is never easy and we have had our ups and downs, facing difficult challenges along the way but most importantly we have built an amazing client base. We count ourselves lucky to have met so many different people and businesses and have created lasting relationships with these fantastic clients.

Being in this every-changing industry certainly keeps us on our toes! However, this is why we do it and why we love it. The most enjoyable part of the job is the people I work with. There is never a dull moment and over the nine years working here, the team is always full of high spirits, laughing and smiling, pushing us through challenges we are faced with. Hearing back from the team about all the different jobs they’ve been on and the banter at the end of the day when they return is something we all look forward to.

One of the highlights of working over these nine years has been gaining my lovely repeat customers who have become more like friends than clients. Being one of the UK’s leading line marking, ground, and surface preparation companies, I have found building friendships has helped us grow massively. No job is too big or small for us and we will continue to go out of our way to provide the best service to our customers.

Having such a passion for improving health and safety in workplaces across the UK has had its proven difficulties, with the Coronavirus Pandemic being the biggest challenge to date, while also having to buy out a Co-Director. However,
with our drive, hope, and determination we know our road to recovery will be a long journey, but a successful one. We have already started seeing things pick up, and as lockdown restrictions ease we are determined to continue to learn and
grow.

We have a better foundation to build upon than we did 12 months ago, so I am very excited for our future here at Parallel Lines and look forward to celebrating our tenth anniversary next year. Thank you to all our lovely customers and employees, I am so lucky to have you all. This is now our time to celebrate and we can’t wait to see what the future holds!
